"Besides being an ode to our favorite playwright, we use "Act" and "Scene" to organize our production run of this product. This is the 9th release, as denoted by the Act number on the bottle. The Scene corresponds to the bottling run, i.e. if you have 'Scene 4', that particular bottle comes from our 4th day of bottling."
