Send the shipping label attached in your email to support@ILPINH.com along with your choice of bottle and we will have it sent out!
Shipping is done at the cost and liability of the customer. You must adhere to all state/local laws and your shipping providers terms and conditions. Alternatively you may schedule a time/date to pick up your prize at our New Lenox, IL office.
